Through the good and bad economic times in the mortgage industry here in the Carolinas I have worked with
families to refinance and finance mortgages. The past few years have been a time of transition and anticipation in the mortgage markets and the nation. Now things are finally settling down, and the frontier is very different. I want to help people understand the loan picture in the Carolinas and help families make the best decisions for their circumstance. The difference is in the details. In today’s mortgage market there are fewer mortgage products and each one require more details to receive approval. Actually its getting back to the standards we had during the early nineties where I cut my teeth lending in Rock Hill, SC.I have been in the mortgage business for 14 years and devote time each week for training and education. Today mortgages have to make sense, not like a few years ago when just any deal you had could get approved. Today more time has to be spent working the numbers, looking for land mines, working for the best scenario for you and having the wisdom to recommend the right direction and loan.
